Greetings...
Shadow Boxing can improve you Health: cardiovascular, strengthens your lings, and tones specifically all the muscles involved in the execution of the motions. The medical tests taken and my state of awareness of my own physical performance has convinced me that the effects are real and long term when practiced daily or every day. 15 min suffices for beginners; for me however between 4 to 6 hours every while at work between schedule assignments and my days off.
You are invited to visit with me and learn to train or I come to you and teach you to correctly train and practice.
Dut to the reality that many working hours and days off will not coincide with the setting of any specific time or place, it will remain open, flexible, and have others mean of communicating the same Teacher/Student approach.

Four to Six hours is the every day routine. I expect to take it further. I'm 56 years old and I have a long way to go until Jack LaLane's age of 96 so I better not stop.......I'll be even better than that when I get my Heavenly Body.
Let's repair and strengthen physically also what remains and slowly wastes away. Just because we're aging, aching, and sometimes can't hear is not reason enough to not care for the Temple of the Holy Spirit. I do admit defeat at hair loss...you guys can relate to that.
