Dr Vargas se lo debo todo a Cristo fui adicto a las drogas y alchol por mas de 20 anos de mi vida, presido un colegio de formacion en consejeria biblica con mi esposa en Puerto Rico, ella es Dra en Medicina, lo que ve en esa pared no es mi logro personal, fue que Dios lo dispuso de esa forma, nuestro colegio se llama Colegio de Formacion Teologica Ministerial, el cual esta a la dispocicion de todos en la asociacion, gracias Dr.
