I have initiated the Council its called Council for Indian Christians and ministers (CICM)
CICM is giving discipleship training for Christian to reach the un-reached peoples group with gospel of Christ and plant the churches and live witness for Christ and church planting project. CICM teaches trains, equips, encourage and empowers and trained pastors for fulfilling great commission and also ordination and license for Christian ministers and also support for vulnerable churches and ministers. Its national wide organization working all over the India. give Ministry training for un-trained ministers those who are doing ministry without having ministry training, monthly support for primary level ministers, need own piece of land for churches where conducting service in rented building, to build church where already owned land, give ordination and Christian ministers license for ministers, education support for children of Christian ministers, peace and justice for discriminated Dalit Christian.
Here many pastors, when they start the ministry, they start ministry with zeal, speed, faith and spiritual etc. but gradually their speed, zeal, faith and spiritual level is going down and many are going away from mission and vision. And another thing is many pastors are doing ministry without have theological course and ministry training so CICM every month organize 40-50 pastors teach, train, equip, encourage and empower pastors and leaders to bring them to early ministry stage and fulfilling great commission of Lord Jesus Christ .
Not only that but also CICM constructs website for pastors so that they may express their testimony, vision and mission in CICM website, if anybody visit their page and want to support their ministry , they can directly support to them, it’s another tool for them.

We selected 10 dedicated untrained pastors and offer one year ministry training course for untrained pastors. It will start in the month of January. January, May, September is 3 months residential class and rest of the 9 month will be field work.
Goal for each student in a year
• visiting 600 non Christian families (3-4 families in a days, 5 days in a week, 60-80 families in a month.
• 2 churches (worshiping group)
• 5 hope cell (prayer cell)
• reaching 100 children
• 100 tree plantation
• One digging water harvest
So expected result in one year through our training for 10 students
• 6000 family will be reached
• 200 new believers
• 50 hope cells
• 20 worship group
• 1000 children will be reached
•1000 tree planted
• 100 water harvest pits.

Every month INR.1500 will be given to them during their one year ministry training and study bible and other books for their spiritual formation.
