Mercy Worldwide Ministries is a non-denominational, not for profit organization based in Ohio, USA led by Chaplain Rev. Christine Mercy Johnson, PhD., D.Min., D.D. MWM plans, partners with and executes motivational, educational and fundraising conferences, concerts, seminars and events that make a positive impact in the world. MWM offers a myriad of specialized training classes for individuals, parents, youth and leaders from politicians to clergy to bring communities together and offers a plethora of community-based programs and services that enrich the lives of EVERYBODY regardless of where they are from. OUR MISSION - OUR VISION
We are focused every morning when we say, “Abba, Father, help us to be a blessing to somebody today!" This determination drives us to reach out and freely donate essential products and services to those whose prayer and need is in our hearts.
We bring food to the hungry, comfort to the needy, a furry friend to children in hospitals, hospices and shelters and emergency supplies and clothes to those in war torn areas, remote dwellings, orphanages, low-income communities and to women and children hiding from domestic abuse. If you or members of your company would like to help us bring joy to others in your community, please contact us at the information below. We would be thrilled to welcome you for volunteer hours.
We build strong communities, one family at a time, by forming lasting partnerships with community leaders and organizations who work under the banner of EXCELLENCE. We utilize our corporate partnerships, worldwide media coverage through radio and television, life-changing empowerment training classes and events and a vast network of community leaders who understand that their reward comes from giving to others with a selfless hand up and never a sanctimonious handout.
OUR FOUNDER, CHAIR & CHAPLAIN
REV. CHRISTINE MERCY JOHNSON, PHD., D.Min., D.D.
British/American Reverend Christine Mercy Johnson, D.D., D.Min., PHD. was raised in British aristocracy and came to America in 1999. She received dual citizenship in 2010. Rev. Johnson is the Founder, Chair, and Chaplain of Mercy Worldwide Ministries based in Ohio, which is also an official certifying organization for the US President's Volunteer Service Award. She is President and Chaplain of the Global Parenting Network, Host of the TV show MERCY, Executive Producer and executive songwriter for I AM VICTORIOUS, a published author with a book and screenplay in the U. S. Library of Congress and a member of the Christian band, MERCY. As the Chair of MWM, Rev. Johnson oversees the overall strategy and operations for MWM's staff, ministry partners, programs, expansion, fundraising and execution of its mission.
Her passion for this ministry is the fulfillment of God's calling upon her life, which was reinforced during her near death in 1989 when she contracted meningitis during the flu pandemic in England, which took her to the gates of heaven. She returned with a defined global purpose of loving kindness. She is globally known for her gifts in preaching, the laying-on-of-hands, prophetic words, counseling of leaders in addition to her considerable and abundant teachings on radio, in churches, in print, in educational establishments, through social media, film, TV, on the mission fields and formally through Now Faith Ministry Bible Seminary, where she humbly brought and brings God's grace, love and healing mercy to the masses.
Rev. Johnson is a minister with Second Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Cleveland, Ohio and is currently going through certification with the International Federation of Christian Chaplains with Dr. M. Vargas.
