Rev.Praise Thaiparambil is a priest in church of south India doing pastoral ministry in the grace of God and working among the poor for uplifting them. He is also doing lot of awareness among the youth and drug addicted.Hear what he says As a priest when I visited many poor people’s house, I came to know that many families are suffering due to the consequences of alcohol and substance abuse. From the media every day we are seeing different kind of crimes, corruption, accidents and unwanted social problems .The Bible tells in Ezekiel chapter 33.7-9 - ‘God made all the believers the watchman in the society, we have to tell the wicked and warn them to dissuade from their ways otherwise they will die because of his sin. If you are not doing that you are accountable for his life and blood. But the wicked man is not hearing your voice he will die for his sin and you will be saved yourself.’ This bible verses strike me and I believe that as a human being and a priest, it is my duty and mission to work for the well being of the society and I am happy about that,”
This bible verses was an eye opener to me and it leads to me to dedicate fully for prevention and awareness of alcohol and drug awareness. I am doing this work without any remuneration, but fully doing it voluntarily with spiritual commitment. I work day in and day out to reduce the addiction of drug and alcohol among youngsters. I am also associated with different church, youth groups, resident associations, schools and colleges, takes classes and counsel’s children and people about the harms of alcohol and substance abuse.

About AOCI

The AOCI exists as a fellowship of Spirit-filled Evangelical and Jewish Clergy for the purpose of: 1) Exalting God 2) Fellowshiping and 3) Divine Networking.

We do NOT advise, nor do we seek, to bring members out of their current denomination or ministerial association. We seek to have a platform to UNITE the Clergy of the world in ways that can benefit not only the Kingdom of God, but also the men and women who faithfully serve their communities, one another, and God.
