Our WAY of Escape is Jesus!! Part 5
Jesus said in John 16:33: “I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]”
Jesus has ALREADY given us VICTORY OVER the enemy; we not fighting the devil, but fighting the good fight of faith - click here for my teaching, “Shields UP.”
God is our ONLY Hope!! Not man (woman), but God!! And we MUST look to God for EVERYTHING we need!! As Apostle William Murphy says in his song, “Everlasting God:” “We set our hope on you we set our hope on your love, we set our hope on the one who is the everlasting God…”
God promises to be with us, wherever we go, until He calls us home (Isaiah 41:10)!! God is not a man; therefore, He CANNOT lie; God WILL NOT lie, whatever He said, that shall He do!!
It is time NOW to trust God like NEVER before!! We have not seen anything yet; things are not going to get better in the world - we are living in the last days!! Our hope should be in God and God alone; not in the world’s system or in a person!! Man cannot help us; ONLY God (Psalm 146:3)!! That paycheck, disability check, or whatever other kind of income we receive, is NOT our source; GOD IS OUR SOURCE!! We MUST put our hope in God; I cannot stress this enough!! Otherwise, we not going to make it!
