THE REAL ISSUE

Every believer in Jesus Christ is chosen. God chose you; the reason for that choice is to take care of the real issue. He wants to change the world; He wants to spread His love to the world, He wants to do to the world what He has done to you. He wants to save the world through you. That is the real issue. Jesus Christ said categorically:

“Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that you should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.” – John 15:16

From the above scriptures, as a believer, you did not just decide to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal Savior when you did. Jesus Christ chose you. Many people heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ alongside with you; maybe many of them just made mockery of what they heard. Maybe some simply remained indifferent but you responded positively. The reason is very clear; you were chosen. God did not just choose you; He ordained (appointed) you.

God is a God of purpose. He chose you and appointed you because He needs you to go all out and bring forth fruit and do everything possible to see that your fruit remain.

He ordained (appointed) you to multiply yourself in several fold and see to it that your replication remains.

God is not just a God of purpose. God is a God of clarity. He made clear what your remuneration for that appointment would be. The remuneration is to give you whatsoever you shall ask from the Father. There is no employment in the world that promises to give you whatsoever you ask from the management simply because no one can do that. It will take God who has no limitation in the natural realm to say and do that. If believers can really comprehend this; soul winning will become a full-time and life-time engagement without any persuasion.

As a believer, you are saved to save others (Obadiah 1:21).
