The Rich
The rich of this world, who have not allowed Christ Jesus into their space and universe are scared and lonely.
Scared that the stock market may collapse. Scared of defeat and failure. Scared to die and meet God.
Lonely since possessions are a poor replacement for family. Lonely since friendship bought with money is short lived. Lonely without God.
Jesus told of a 'certain' rich man (original King James version) and the poor Lazarus. Actual people. Not a parable. Not a fable. Not a story.
There are many rich individuals who have their priorities correct and who have surrendered their lives and wealth to Christ and are continually being blessed by God. Riches and honor and blessing is of God the Father.
