What type of education should be required before someone is recommended for ordaination.
I have seen so many times that some think that being in a church for a long period of time makes them ready to become a Pastor. I believe that a person should show some zeal and sacrifice in preperation and then the church should step in to help along that person along the way in specific biblical courses. What do you Think?
