There is a church that I pass by which like many churches has a message board sitting out on the road. This is by no means extraordinary. Death In The Family!
Two of my cousins, Lance Thomas & Byron McNary was working on a roof in Kansas when they fell off the roof, Lance died from the fall and Bryon is in the hospital. The following is his mother report:

Byron McNary has made it through his first surgery. Drs put screws in his sacrum to reattach it. He will have another surgery on Wednesday to put his pelvis back together. That will be about a 6 hour surgery. Thanks for all your prayers and kind word.

Paleo Diet Examined
I was thinking about going on the paleo diet, because of its nutritional claim. I received a free book that explained what it was, and even gave meal plans.
