Leadership Questions

My wife is teaching a SS class this week on leaders. She asked me to get feedback on these "fill in the blank" questions. I'd be grateful for your responses.
1)"I am most encouraged in ministry when members of our congregation...

2)I am sometimes discouraged in ministry when members of our congregation...

3)At times it seems that members of our congregation just don't understand...
