In the beginning God Created the Heavens and the Earth. Gen. 1:1
God created Man in His own Image, in the Image of God Created He him; Male and Female Created He Them. Gen. 1: 27
And the Lord God formed Man of the dust of the ground and Breathed into his nostrils the Breath of Life; and Man became a Living Soul. Gen. 2: 7
And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, & he slept: & He took one of his ribs & closed up the flesh instead thereof, & the rib which the Lord God had taken from man, made He a Woman, and brought Her unto the Man. Gen.2:21,22
God is not a man that He should lie; neither the son of man that He should repent: hath He said and shall he not do it? Or hath He spoken and shall He not make it good? Num.23 19
For the Lord your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a Mighty and a Terrible, which regardeth not persons nor taketh reward. Deut. 10: 17
Nevertheless the Lord thy God would not hearken unto Balaam; but the Lord thy God turned the curse into a Blessing unto thee, because the Lord thy God Loved thee. Deut. 23: 5
He stretches out the north over the empty place, and hangs the Earth upon nothing. Job.26: 7
Bless the Lord, O my soul. O Lord my God, thou art very Great: Thou art very Great: Thou art clothed with Honor and Majesty. Who coverest Thyself with Light as with a garment: Who stretched out the Heavens like a curtain: Who lays the beams of His chambers in the waters: Who makes the clouds His Chariot: Who walks upon the wings of the wind: Who makest His Angel Spirits; His ministers a Flaming Fire: Who laid the Foundations of the Earth, that it should not be removed forever. Thou coverest it with the deep as with a garment: the Waters stood above the Mountains.
They go up by the Mountains; they go down by the Valleys unto the place which Thou hast founded for them. Thou hast set a bound that they may not pass over; that they turn not again to cover the Earth. He sends the Springs into the Valleys which run among the Hills. They give drink to every beast of the field: the wild asses quench their thirst.
By them shall the fowls of the Heaven have their habitation which sing among the branches. He waters the hills from His Chambers: the Earth is satisfied with the fruit of Thy works. He causes the grass to grow for the Cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food of the Earth. And Wine that makes glad the heart of man, and Oil to make his face to shine and Bread which strengthens man’s heart. The trees of the Lord are full of sap; the Cedars of Lebanon which He had planted: where the birds make their nests: as for the Stork the fir trees are her house. The high hills are a refuge for the wild Goats; and the rocks for the Conies. He appointed the Moon for Seasons: the Sun knows his going down. Thou makest Darkness and it is night: wherein all the Beasts of the Forest do creep forth. The young Lions roar after their prey and seek their meat from God. The Sun ariseth they gather themselves together and lay them down in their dens. So is this great and wide Sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts.
There go the ships: there is that Leviathan whom Thou hast made to play therein. These wait all upon Thee: that Thou mayest give them their meat in due season. That Thou givest them they gather; Thou openest Thine hand they are filled with good. Thou hidest Thy face, they are troubled: Thou takest away their breath, they die and return to their dust. Ps. 104: 1-29
Every Valley shall be exalted and every Mountain and Hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain: Isa.40: 4
Who hath measured the waters in the hollow of His Hand and meted out the Heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the Earth in a measure and weighed the Mountains in scales, and the Hills in a balance? Is.40: 12
Behold the Nations are as a drop of a bucket, and are counted as the small dust of the balance: behold He taketh up the Ises as a very little thing. Isa.40: 15
Lift up your eyes on high and behold Who hath Created these things, that bringeth out their host by number: He calleth them all by names by the greatness of His might, for that He is strong in Power; not one faileth. Isa.40: 26
When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue faileth for thirst, I the Lord will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them. I will open Rivers in high places, and Fountains in the midst of the Valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water. Isa. 41: 17, 18
Thus saith God the Lord, He that Created the Heavens and stretched them out: He that spread forth the Earth, and that which cometh out of it; He that gives Breath unto the people upon it, and Spirit to them that walk therein: Isa. 42:5
If it be so, our God Whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning Fiery Furnace, and He will deliver us out of thine hand, O King. But if not, be it know unto thee, O King, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou has set up. Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego: therefore he spake and commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times more than it was wont to be heated. And he commanded the most mighty men that were in his army to bind Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego and cast them into the burning Fiery Furnace. Then these men were bound in their coats, their hosen and their hats and their other garments and were cast into the midst of the burning Fiery Furnace. Therefore because the King's commandment was urgent and the furnace exceeding hot, the flame of the fire slew those men that took up Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego. These three men fell down bound into the midst of the burning Fiery Furnace. Then the King…… did not we cast 3 men in the fire?……………I see 4 men loose walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God……then the King called out to the three man, servants of the Most High God come forth and they came out of the midst of the fire. And the Princes, Governors and Captains and the King’s Counselors being gathered together, saw these men upon whose bodies the fire had no power, nor was an hair of their head singed, neither were their coats changed nor the smell of fire had passed on them.
Then the King spake and said, Blessed be the God of Shedrach, Meshach and Abednego Who hath sent His Angel and delivered His servants that trusted in Him and have changed the King’s Word, and yielded their bodies that they might not serve nor worship any god except their own God.
Therefore I make a Decree that every People, Nation and language which speak anything amiss against the God of Shedrach, Meshach and Abednego shall be cut in pieces and their houses shall be made a dunghill: because there is no other God that can deliver after this sort! And the king promoted them in the Province of Babylon. Dan. 3: 17-30
The same hour was the thing fulfilled upon Nebuchadnezzar and he was driven from men and did eat grass as oxen and his body was wet with the dew of Heaven, till his hairs were grown like eagles’ feathers and his nails like birds’ claws. and at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto the Heaven and mine understanding returned unto me and I blessed the Most High and I praised and honored Him that Liveth Forever, whose Dominion is an Everlasting Dominion and His Kingdom is from Generation to Generation. And all the inhabitants of the Earth are reputed as nothing: and He doeth according to His Will in the Army of Heaven and among the inhabitants of the Earth: and none can stay His Hand or say unto Him, what doest Thou? At the same time my reason returned unto me: and for the glory of my kingdom, mine honor and brightness returned unto me: and my Counselors and my Lords sought unto me: and I was established in my Kingdom and excellent Majesty was added unto me. Now I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honor the King of Heaven, all whose works are Truth and His Ways Judgment: and those that walk in pride He is able to abase. Dan.4: 33-37
And thou his son, O Belshazzar hast not humbled thine heart though thou knewest all this: but hast lifted up thyself against the Lord of Heaven; and they have brought the vessels of His house before thee, and thou, and thy Lords, thy wives and thy concubines have drunk wine in them; and thou hast praised the gods of silver and gold, of brass, iron, wood and stone which see not, nor hear, nor know: and the God in whose Hand thy breath is, and whose are all thy ways, hast thou not glorified: Then was the part of the hand sent from Him and this writing was written…… MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN……..God hath numbered thy Kingdom and finished it…..thou art weighed in the balances and art found wanting……..thy kingdom is divided and given to the Medes and Persians……………..In that night was Belshazzar the King of the Chaldeans slain. Dan.5: 22-30
Hebrew 1: 10-12 And Thou, Lord in the Beginning has laid the Foundation of the Earth: and the Heavens are the works of Thy Hands: they shall perish; but Thou Remainest: and they all shall wax old as doth a garment: and as a vesture shalt Thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but Thou art the same, and Thy years shall not fail.
