Easter is a Pagan day!
No real Christians who know their God and bible follow any pagan days from cults that are not in our Bible. Let's make sure we are not becoming worldly in our beliefs. If something it's not in the Bible they you as a Christian should not be partaking in it. The is the way the devil comes and make Christians look foolish that are unlearned in the Word of Truth, Our Bibles. Apostle Paul said , who have bewitched you. Keep your eyes on Jesus Christ and not a pagan day.

Brother Christopher, I think you understood some of what I trying to deliver. But as it stands in the gospel of Jesus earthly ministry. He was in the heart of the earth for 3 days and 3 nights. The Bible is the truth and perfect. Now if Christ was in the earth for that the time frame. How can you have 3days from friday to monday? Not possible see if you study the dates in the Bible by a Hebrew calender then you would know this truth. Our western calender is made of pagan idolary days. I'm fully convinced of this truth and the men in the midacts dispesationalist KJV apart of the Grace Movement. It takes 2 timothy 2:15 to know the will of God.

Bishop Utsey, I think I understand what you are saying here, and any reasonable and informed person would admit there is some truth to it. Personally, I celebrate the resurrection of the Lord Jesus every day, and I just consider this coming Sunday to be one of those days. I don't call it by the name "Easter" and I don't teach my daughter about the Easter Bunny, eggs, or any of that. I am very much opposed to syncretism in any form because it has demonstrated its ability to compromise the Gospel message. At the same time, I know that many Christians are simply celebrating the resurrection as I do. And for them, this is a day they set aside to remember what Jesus has done for them. The historic pagan elements don't concern them, and I'm not sure whether they should as long as the risen Lord is their focus and are not consumed with any kind of ungodly practice that detracts from the knowledge of Christ.
