FEAR THE NO 1 WEAPON OF THE ENEMY

Fear is the no 1 weapon the enemy uses against the unsuspecting believer.That is why
the bible says fear has torment. The fear of the unknow has always
been the death of many believers because fear is the quickest and
easiest way that leads to the darkside.The fear of the unknown leads
to frustration. Remember, the bible says the children of God are as
bold as a lion. Fear is a great destroyer of faith, from destruction
of faith you will become prayerless and from prayerlessness doubt sets
in and from doubt to backsliding which is the aim of the enemy John
10;10. But it is written in the book of 2Tim. 1:7 For God has not
given us the spirit of fear, but the spirit of Power,Love, and of
sound mind. Then look at it this way, if He has not given the spirit
of fear and i belong to Him why should i allow the enemy to project
fear into my life. Thereby opening the gate of my life to the enemy to
take over because of ignorance of who i am in Christ. Giving the enemy
a foothold over your life through fear is like giving him the power of
attorney to operate in your life as he pleased. Many of us always say
He who is in me is bigger than he who is in the world, yet they at the
face of a little danger they forget who is inside them and they allow
fear to overtake them, that makes me to wonder if realy this people
are sure the Holy Ghost is in them, because if the Holy Ghost is in
you why are you afraid of. My brothers and sister to conquer your
enemy you have to face and defeat three things 1.Your fear 2. Your
enemy 3. Yourself. In facing your fear your must remember that your
are a child of God and that God has given you the power to thread upon
snakes and scopions and no poison shall harm thee Mark 16:17. Not only
that in Gen 1:28 we received the power to dominate all creatures of
God and also our circumstances, but the only thing that can make you
vulnerable or afraid is SIN. So repent and regain your dominion over
all. 2. In facing your enemy, you should remenber he was defeated on
the cross by our master Jesus Christ and that the word of God says in
Gal 3:13 that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law being
made a curse for us. By this He has set us completely free from the
curse of the law, which means for as long as we remain righteous and
holy we are untouchable. He did not stop there He also wiped clean
every evil hand writing in our record in the hand of the enemy and
rendered the enemy powerless and disgraced him because of me.Col 2:14
-15. In facing yourself remember who you are in Christ. The son of a
lion is a lion and cannot be afraid of goats. Just as an eagle can not
be afraid of serpent, likewise a child of God has no business with SIN
and INIQUITY. Remember, if a man be in Christ, he is a new creature,
old things have passed away every thing has become new 2Cor.5:17 and
also Roms 8:1-2 So now there is no condemnation for those who are in
Christ Jesus. 2. For the power of life giving Spirit has freed you
etc. That is who you are a child of God, a free and redeemed person
loved and cherished by God. The day you come to this realisation of
knowing who you and decide to be obedient to God no matter what
challenges you are going through, That is the day you have conquared
your fear, your enemy and yourself, and you will also be able to
