"Uniting Christian & Jewish Clergy from Around the World"
IV. Words of Encouragement – Session 17 - Part F-4
For those who are waiting for their healing to be manifested in their body but cannot move (is bedridden or homebound), James 5:14-16 tells you what to do:
14 Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.16 Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working [a] (biblegateway.com – ESV).
Another encouraging Scripture is Mark 16:17-18; it assures us that when we get hands laid on us, we will recover from sickness! Mark 16:17-18 is not only encouraging for the one receiving the prayer but for the one who is doing the praying! This is what it says: "17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they[a] will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
I want to encourage you to keep believing God, keep trusting in Him, in His abilities, to do whatever needs to be done in your life; NEVER QUIT OR GIVE UP!
IV. Words of Encouragement – Session 17 - Part F-5
Use the Word against the enemy when he come to distract you or make you doubt!
2 Corinthians 10:3-5 tells us: “3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,” (biblegateway.com – NKJV).
I am in agreement with you, that God do what needs to be done in you, in your soul, so you can live, walk, in the total freedom, Jesus died for you to have! NOTHING MISSING, NOTHING BROKEN, NOTHING LACKING IN YOUR LIFE! I declare and decree, that by the Power of the Holy Spirit, you will rise up and walk, walk in total healing, total health, total deliverance, and total restoration, in Jesus’ Mighty Name!! Amen!!
ALWAYS REMEMBER, YOU ARE ALREADY HEALED!! Don’t look at the temporal things you can see but look at the things that you cannot see; they are eternal! Rebuke the devil when he tries to discourage you about your healing; he is a liar, always has been and always will be!
This is the last session for "Getting to The Root of Our Problem: Sickness" and I pray it has been a great help to you, in understanding you are already healed, and how to walk out your healing, until it manifest in your body. You can go back over this teaching, as many times as you like.
