"Uniting Christian & Jewish Clergy from Around the World"
God Is…I Am… Devotional
Day 27 – 2/21/19: RENEWING TRUTH:
God Arms me with Strength
RENEWING SCRIPTURE:
It is God who arms me with strength and keeps my way secure. He makes my feet like the feet of a deer; he causes me to stand on the heights. He trains my hands for battle; my arms can bend a bow of bronze.
PSALM 18:32-34
RENEWING THOUGHT:
You may not feel it in this moment, but you are divinely armed with strength. God has imparted divine power to you. Your empowerment and ability is straight from heaven. In other words, you have supernatural strength, the strength of the One who made heaven and earth. To have feet like a deer is to have feet that are sure, that do not falter, nor slide or fall upon a rock. The Lord upholds our feet so that we do not slip, even when walking on treacherous ground. This is the One from whom our help comes-our help comes from the Lord!
You can walk on the high places to which the Lord has called you. Keep pressing into Him, His Word, and His presence. Keep renewing your mind to the truth about His faithfulness. Keep turning to the Scriptures as a "lamp unto your feet and light unto your path" (Psalm 119:105). To the one who keeps knocking, the door will be opened. To the one who perseveres, the race will be won.
You have divine help. You are not left as one who does not have a coach, mentor, or friend. You can find all you need in Him. He wants to be the Teacher of your hands, the Caretaker of your feet, and the One who keeps you and makes your way secure.
RENEWING INSPIRATION:
In Christ, you are ready for anything. You are equal to every task because Christ gives you the strength you need.

Day 28 – 2/22/19: RENEWING TRUTH:
l am Strong in God's Grace
RENEWING SCRIPTURE:
Each time [the Lord] said, "My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness." So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.
2 CORINTHIANS 12:9, NLT
RENEWING THOUGHT:
lt is no fun to feel weak. No one wants to ever feel helpless or powerless. But there is good news in God's Word for those times in which you do. Namely, that God's divine power blooms in the seasons and places in which you feel the most inadequate and overwhelmed.
By God's grace-His undeserved, unearned favor, and gifts-supernatural power rushes in to fill the spaces when you recognize that you are too weak to make it on your own. In fact, the more you recognize that you need God, the more opportunity God's grace has to move in and empower you. Jesus said, "I am the vine; you are the branches ... apart from me you can do nothing" (John 15:5).
Of course, this requires humility. The greatest enemy of God's grace and power in our lives is pride. Pride wants you to feel self-sufficient. But humility recognizes that we are always, and at all times, in need of God's help. This is precisely why the Bible, in three different places, tells us that God is opposed to the proud but gives grace to the humble (See Proverbs 3:34; James 4:6; 1 Peter 5:5).
Recognize your constant need for God's help today and be assured that His grace and power are yours. The supernatural power of Christ is waiting to surge into the place where you, in humility, recognize that you are weak.
RENEWING INSPIRATION:
There is an invisible battle that is being warred in heavenlies. And you and I have an opportunity to suit up, to put on some armor that works, and to go to battle and to see victory declared in our lives and in the lives of those people that we love.

The AOCI exists as a fellowship of Spirit-filled Evangelical and Jewish Clergy for the purpose of: 1) Exalting God 2) Fellowshiping and 3) Divine Networking.
We do NOT advise, nor do we seek, to bring members out of their current denomination or ministerial association. We seek to have a platform to UNITE the Clergy of the world in ways that can benefit not only the Kingdom of God, but also the men and women who faithfully serve their communities, one another, and God.
