"Uniting Christian & Jewish Clergy from Around the World"
God Is…I Am… Devotional
Day 57 – 3/23/19: RENEWING TRUTH:
God is a Father to the Fatherless
RENEWING SCRIPTURE:
Sing to God, sing in praise of his name, extol him who rides the clouds; rejoice before him-his name is the LORD. A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling.
PSALM 68:4-5, NIV
RENEWING THOUGHT:
Have you ever felt fatherless? There is good news for you. lt is impossible to understand God's character and motivations without understanding that it is His nature to be a father to the fatherless.
You have a heavenly Father. You have a good Father. One who loves you unconditionally and desires to be with you. He has chosen you, adopted you, and given you His name. You have a home, you belong somewhere, and you belong to Someone. This means you have an inheritance. You have a Protector. You are not alone, you are not abandoned, and you are not forsaken.
Renew your mind to the truth that God is a good Father. He cares for you, delights in you, and smiles when He thinks about you. He has lifted up His countenance upon you. You have a Father who has good plans for you and who is supporting you every step of the way.
Draw near today. Take your cares, burdens, worries, fears, dreams, and pour them out before your loving Father. He is the Great Redeemer, Restorer, and Hope-giver. He remembers your every tear, and He upholds you with His right hand. He loves you very much.
RENEWING INSPIRATION:
He’s never left our side and He won’t stop now. He’s right there with you!

Day 58 – 3/24/19: RENEWING TRUTH:
I Am Not Forsaken or Abandoned
RENEWING SCRIPTURE:
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your
God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."
DEUTERONOMY 31:6, NIV
RENEWING THOUGHT:
God has not forsaken you. He Himself has said, "He will never leave you nor forsake you." ln your current circumstances, you might be tempted to think you're on your own, but you're not. The enemy of your soul might be whispering to you that you have to figure it all out on your own, but that is a lie. The great Lion of the Tribe of Judah is always by your side.
Child of God, He who never sleeps or slumbers has never stopped watching over you. Before you were born, He knew you in your mother 's womb, He fashioned you. Now, the Holy Spirit is all around you-guiding you into all truth.
Don’t give in to the lies and fears of the enemy. The enemy’s tactics are distraction, doubt, and dread. The enemy’s weapons are intimidation and fear. It’s all smoke and mirrors because he has already been defeated by Jesus on the cross.
Rest in the strength of the Lord. Do not be terrified by any enemy or let any fear or anxiety overwhelm your heart. Trust in the Lord. The Good Shepherd is well able to protect, provide, and make a way for you. He will never leave you, never forsake you, and never abandon you. You are not forsaken!
RENEWING INSPIRATION:
When God allows you to go through a storm, it is not to destroy you, it’s to show you who He is on another dimension and level that you’ve never seen Him move before.

The AOCI exists as a fellowship of Spirit-filled Evangelical and Jewish Clergy for the purpose of: 1) Exalting God 2) Fellowshiping and 3) Divine Networking.
We do NOT advise, nor do we seek, to bring members out of their current denomination or ministerial association. We seek to have a platform to UNITE the Clergy of the world in ways that can benefit not only the Kingdom of God, but also the men and women who faithfully serve their communities, one another, and God.
