TOPIC: THE PATIENTS OF GOD
ALL SCRIPTURES ARE FROM THE KING JAMES 3RD EDITIONJonah 4:2, And he prayed unto the LORD, and said, I pray you, O LORD, was not this my saying, when I was yet in my country? Therefore, I fled before unto Tarshish: for I knew that you are a gracious God, and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and you relent from the destruction.
Psalm 145:8, The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy.
Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;"
MY COMMENTARY: God is, “slow to anger, and of great mercy”. He is patient beyond our understanding! God is patiently working on those who have surrendered their lives to him. He is creating you and protecting into his image. During those times that we mess up and we will, when we go to God with an honest heart asking him to forgive us, he does. God is a patient and forgiving Father "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;"
