Our WAY of Escape is Jesus!! Part 6

Jesus, the Living Word, clearly tells us that heaven and earth is going to pass away, but the Word going to stand FOREVER (Matthew 24:35)!! Therefore, we must stand on the Word of God; His promises to us! We must trust God to show us our way of escape, from whatever we are going through!

If we choose to put our trust in man (which the Bible clearly tells us not to), or the world, or things of the world, we will fail! This is what 1 John 2:15-17 says: 

“¹⁵ Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. ¹⁶ For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. ¹⁷ And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.”

Some people might say, they are waiting on God, but God is actually waiting on them! God is waiting on ALL of us, to come to ourselves, stop bickering, laboring, being unfocused, trying to do things on our own, etc., and realize we CANNOT live this life, without Him - we CANNOT live the abundant life, Jesus died for us to live, without Jesus!! Jesus bought us with His precious Blood; we belong to Him (1 Peter 1:19; Colossians 1:14-24; Galatians 3:13-15).

Remember? Our faith BEGINS with Jesus as God, is SUSTAINED by Jesus as God, and ENDS or FINISHES with Jesus as God (Ephesians 2:8-9)!!
