T&N APARTMENTS IN KIMBERLEY: Bringing the art of caring to Kimberley in South Africa

I am a full time minister of Religion here in South. I may retire from active ministry in the next 20 years and so I decided to get part of my small pension fund to invest in Real Estate. I have since signed all the papers to get the Title Deeds transferred into my name. The following is the project I have in mind: 

I would like to develop my residential plot, 2205 square metres in size, outside the Kimberley CBD (Ronaldsvlei) here in South Africa by way of building 16x3 bedroomed units on 2x2 storey blocks. The idea is to rent out these houses once completed. However, since the area has not been serviced by the Municipality yet,provision of borehole water, Solar power supported by a powerful generator form part of the project that needs funding. The loan will be recovered from the rentals collected monthly. The need for affordable accommodation is going to escalate because of the University and new other developments in Kimberley. The university (Sol Plaatjie) Campus is just 5 kilometres from the plot; the airport is less than a kilometre and the Diamond Pavilion shopping mall is 3kms away. It is my firm conviction that this project is strategically placed within the economic outlook of the city of Kimberley. 

Please may you advise me on whether your institution would consider  assisting me with funding such a project to the tune of R5000000?
