"Uniting Christian & Jewish Clergy from Around the World"

"Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth." The statement is a part of the "Beatitudes," a portion of the very well-known sermon of Jesus called The Sermon on the Mount. The New American Standard Bible (NASB) takes a little of the edge off by not using the word “gentle” instead of "meek," but not very much. It reads: "Blessed are the gentle, for they shall inherit the earth." Yet still there is probably no more misunderstood verse in the New Testament than this one. Again, meekness is not weakness, for both Moses & Jesus were meek men (Num 12:3; Mt 11:29). This word translated “meek” was used by the Greeks to describe a horse that had been broken. Thus, meekness refers to “power” under control.

The AOCI exists as a fellowship of Spirit-filled Evangelical and Jewish Clergy for the purpose of: 1) Exalting God 2) Fellowshiping and 3) Divine Networking.
We do NOT advise, nor do we seek, to bring members out of their current denomination or ministerial association. We seek to have a platform to UNITE the Clergy of the world in ways that can benefit not only the Kingdom of God, but also the men and women who faithfully serve their communities, one another, and God.
