Event Description

There will come a time during ministry that clergy members will find themselves at a crossroads and point of transition. At this time they will need to devote their time and energy in developing their own personal growth and enrichment of their calling.  It is a time for discernment and reflection as they consider the changes in their life.

A number of denominations provide first call companion support and training for ministers in their first five years of ministry.  This first call support allows ministers to review their experiences so that they can be intentional about their own continued spiritual development and continuing education. However, continued education, support and training are hard to find.  Ministry Development Services and their tenured team want to help you through this process.

This is a full day workshop with inventories (testing) and lunch provided.

About AOCI

The AOCI exists as a fellowship of Spirit-filled Evangelical and Jewish Clergy for the purpose of: 1) Exalting God 2) Fellowshiping and 3) Divine Networking.

We do NOT advise, nor do we seek, to bring members out of their current denomination or ministerial association. We seek to have a platform to UNITE the Clergy of the world in ways that can benefit not only the Kingdom of God, but also the men and women who faithfully serve their communities, one another, and God.
