Purpose & Requirements

AOCI does NOT seek to replace members' current credential. Rather, we seek to complement, enhance, and provide an opportunity for you to secure credentials that will legitimize your ministry.

Members are NOT obligated to apply for Credentials
to hold membership within the AOCI. You may continue to
hold your existing credentials or secure a second credential. IN ADDITION, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF AOCI TO HOLD CREDENTIALS.

The purpose of our credentialing program is to offer members, who have little or no experience and education in the ministry, a platform to grow in their calling. We can start these members out as Ministry Workers, have them attend and complete their Diploma of Biblical Studies in the AOCI Bible Training Institute, and provide mentoring along the way, and eventually qualify for Ordained Minister.

The second purpose comes at the request of many members who wanted to secure AOCI credentials because of the fellowship, closeness, and loyalty they felt towards the AOCI.  We finally made this a reality and we are proud of each of our members!

This is an ideal full-service ministerial platform in order to grow and groom members who have a divine calling in their life, thus participating in preparing ministers for the harvest.

AOCI Credentialed members will only need to provide AOCI (via email) a simple annual report on their ministry for accountability purposes.

Any member found to be in violation of AOCI's Statement of Faith and conducting themselves unbecoming of a minister will be suspended from the AOCI and their credentials will be deleted from the scroll.

Credentials & Fees

Membership in the AOCI will continue to be offered at NO Cost (FREE) to anyone who qualifies for membership. We offer credentials to anyone seeking professional credentials on three levels:

1. Ministry Worker (MW): Those who do not possess a solid biblical education or experience in the ministry but who sense a call of God on their life.
2. Licensed Minister (LM): Those with adequate ministerial experience but who have not completed a solid biblical curriculum from an approved college, seminary or Bible Institute.
3. Ordained Minister (OM): Those who have adequate ministerial experience and  possess approved Biblical education or who want to transfer their      credentials from an existing approved credentialing organization.

Due to the cost of living, average household income, and earning potential in various parts of the world, we have made the initial application-processing fee and the ongoing renewal fee affordable in the different parts of the world. Below are the fees based on the member's geographical location:

Note: "Developing and All Other Countries" include, but are not limited to, India, Pakistan, Africa, Central and South America, etc. Payments will ONLY be received via PayPal (credit or debit card). (USD).  An email certificate and ID will be emailed overseas at this time.  

*RENEWALS:  click on the donate button to take care of your renewal which is due on the month of June each year. 

(Don’t forget to remit fees so your application can be processed).  Due to the scope and time of credential processing, application fee's are NON-REFUNDABLE FOR APPROVED AND NOT APPROVED CANDIDATES.
