- I was licensed in August of 1982 in the Church of God in Christ and Ordained in August of 1983 in the Church of God in Christ. I was Consecrated as a Bishop in January of 1995 in the Holiness Church of God in Hamilton, Oh. I was duly Confirmed as an Apostle in October 2009. I am now the founding Bishop of New Covenant International Churches of Deliverance in Ladson, SC. I am the founding Pastor of one of our local churches: Refreshing Springs Church of Deliverance. I strongly believe that deliverance is need. I am the Founder and President of D.L. Mitchell Ministries, LLC. Founder of Godly Men of Purpose Ministries setting men free of the many bondage's that hold us back from becoming the Fathers and Husbands God called us to be. God has also set me in to assists churches and clergy in the formation of ministries through my business called "Kingdom Consultant and Business Services, LLC." It is my prayer that we all come together as one to advance the Kingdom of God that Souls will be added to the Church daily through the preaching and teaching and most of all living the Gospel and become friends of God for He has moved us from being servants to friends. Welcome to AOCI Dr. David L. E. Mitchell, II. We're glad that you have joined hands with us for the advancement of the gospel. I believe we're able to achieve much more together than any of us could by ourselves. There are really useful educational materials on here that can help with the ministry in a variety of ways and a variety of formats. Please feel free to use them when you can. Also, there is a prayer room staffed with volunteers who are passionate about teaming up with you for any prayer request you may have. Together, we form a dynamic voice. In the mean time, your name will never go unmentioned in our prayers.
