- Dear sir greetings to you, I’m pastor Samuel from India, Likes to express about myself and my ministry.
I was born on Hindu family, my father is a farmer, my mother is a house wife, we are four children, and I’m third son to my parents, I use to go for Sunday school regularly, so accepted Jesus Christ as my personal savior in my age of 13 and received baptism, my parents sent me out of my family, because of my conversion, so i stayed some days in my friends and relatives house, then returned to home.
After finished my school education, enrolled in Indian Theological Seminary, earned B.Th and M.Th in International Institute of Church Management (IICM) then IICM awarded me Doctor of Divinity (DD).
The burden for missionary work was included to me by the Holy Spirit of God and 15 believers from different churches had responded to this invitation and started assembling and praying for God's guidance in the missionary work. By like-minded youth that wanted preach the gospel and plant the churches also development for rural poor people in vulnerable society, and strengthen disadvantaged people in India without reference of sex, caste and creed.
As a result of fervent prayer the Lord had given the vision with the motto, and targets to active our aims.
There are thousands and thousands of people yet to be evangelized in huge land of India until they are not reached by the gospel, how can we Christian take rest? When the Millions and Millions of people are going towards the burning hell how can we rest, unless we reach them they are going to be perished. 80% people living in rural area in huge land of India, so I want to do ministry in rural India,
So started a Mission Called Indian Rural Gospel Mission (IRGM) myself is the founder and managing trustee of IRGM, it’s a non-profitable religious charitable organization, registered on 18th October 2006 under the trust act of India. It involves in evangelism, church planting, discipleship training, Bible school, orphanage and community social service etc.
And also initiated d sister concern charitable organization it’s called Dr.Peter Charitable trust,it has permission of foreign contribution regulation Act (FCRA) sanction order by India government to receive foreign contribution for our projects. I am the managing trustee of this charity organization.
Here in India, many Christian ministers are doing ministry without ministry training and basic biblical knowledge , without ordination and license, pastors are being persecuted, churches are banned, Christians are discriminated, they don’t have social status and security, so in order to protect Christian from various depravity, so I initiated the council called Council for Indian Christian and Ministers CICM.CICM is giving discipleship training to Christian to reach un-reached peoples group with gospel of Christ and plant the churches and live witness for Christ and church planting project, It teachs,trains,equips and empowers the untrained pastors and also gives ordination license for Christian ministers and also support for vulnerable churches and ministers and their wives and children, Work for the Christian rights, minority people of Christian and discrimination of Christians and fight for dalit Christians rights. CICM brings independent churches and pastors under one umberla.Its national wide organization working all over the India. CICM has more than 1000 members in all over the India. Every month we conduct two pastors training in deferent places.
I am 49 years old, married man and living with my beloved wife named Priya Sam, blessed by a son 17 years old and 12 years old daughter. I am doing full time ministry.
