The "it" and "that" in Ephesians 2:8 what are they?

What Does "It" and "That" Refer to in Ephesians 2:8?

 

THAT WONDROUS VERSE IN EPHESIANS 2:8 DECLARES: For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
