I'M A PRISONER OF HOPE
Like Abraham, even when all medical fact says I can no longer give birth I would still be hopeful.
Like Joseph, even if everyone opposes me for my vision yet I will remain hopeful.
Like Caleb and Joshua, Egypt is no big reason to be hopeless about Canaan.
Like Ruth, though there be no glimpse of light to caress my weary soul yet I will be hopeful.
Like Hannah, though many years might have overshadowed my desires yet I will remain hopeful.
Like Samson, let the whole world mock me for my fall yet my hope in God's plan remains firm.
Like David, even if the whole force of earth and hell stands against me I will remain hopeful.
Like Daniel, let all decree and laws be against me I will still remain hopeful.
Like the three Hebrew men, no height of roaring fire can shorten my hope.
Like Job, even if all is lost my hope would never get lost with all.
Like Jesus, the darkest hour can't darken my hope.
Like the disciples, many years more can't still my hope of His coming.
I'm a prisoner of hope, never to quit, never to give up...
