Kingdom leadership begins with the kingdom of God . The Bible is foundation for all Christian leadership . To understand this foundation , let’s begin with the kingdom of God . The kingdom of God is a much neglected but mighty biblical truth . Many discussions of this grand doctrine either become mired in theological debate or relegate the kingdom to a place of unimportance in the work of the church . The kingdom of God is the context within which the church is to comprehend and do its work . The kingdom gives church leaders an expanded vision and understanding of the magnitude of God’s activity in the world . The kingdom gives confidence and assurance to the church and its leaders in every kind of situation . Lord God I pray that we may come to know your kingdom more personal .And we may know there is know other kingdom but yours in Jesus name I pray Amen . Pastor Michael M Sherrod D.D.
