Words To Live By..... Grace For Daily Living (2).
GRACE that teaches us how to live (Titus 2:12)....... Teaching us that denying (forsaking or renouncing) ungodliness and worldly lusts (lusts of the eye and of the heart, and the pride of life), we should live soberly, (the ability to exercise self-restraint over all passions and desires, enabling us to conform to the mind of Christ) righteously (just, without prejudice or partiality) and godly (reverence to God manifested in actions). Because Christ died and rescued us from sin, we are free from the control of sin. The Holy Spirit gives us the power and understanding to live according to God's will.
