"Uniting Christian & Jewish Clergy from Around the World"
Dearly Beloved,
MOTHERS DESERVE MORE HONOUR!
“A capable, intelligent, and virtuous woman — who is he who can find her? She is far more precious than jewels and her value is far above rubies or pearls” (Proverbs 31:10 AMP).
Mother’s Day is a celebration honouring mothers and motherhood, maternal bonds, and the influence of mothers in the society. It is celebrated on various days in many parts of the world, most commonly in March (in most European countries and especially…

Up and Away: Why It Is Good that Christ Departed
When Jesus was on Earth, he was limited by space and time, like any other human. If people wanted to access him—to ask him a question, to seek his healing, to hear him preach—they had to travel to wherever he was.
But we don't have to. The Ascension has given us what we want—instant access. Although Jesus is no longer physically present on Earth, his statement "I am with…

The baptism of the Holy Spirit would be accompanied by spiritual gifts, signs, and wonders to confirm the witness. Look at the details of Mark 16:15-20, And He said to them, ''Go into all the word and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink…

I recently read of a blind lady that enjoyed the theater. Musicals and live plays.
It turns out that someone has developed a system that is synchronized with the sound and light system of the performance and transmits a description of the action on stage. This is sent to a receiver that the blind can listen to while the performance goes on.
Isn't that a great idea?
Now, what's the spiritual point? We are spiritually blind. The Holy Spirit…

In this ''dog-eat-dog'' word, there is a prevalent attitude of entitlement and greed. Justice is measured in the swiftness and severity of retribution. But I Peter 3:9-12 tells us we are to be a compassionate people, '' not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary blessing, knowing that you were called to this , that you may inherit a blessing. For; He who would love life and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips from speaking deceit.…

( I pray) that (God) would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height-to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above…

Dearly Beloved,
ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN VOICE
"Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ" (1 Corinthians 11:1 NIV).
"Join with others in following my example, brothers, and take note of those who live according to the pattern we gave you" (Philippians 3:17 NIV).
My one-year-old daughter has adopted his older brother's way of greeting. Instead of kneeling down (as the custom of girls and young women among the Yorubas), she likes to prostrate (as boys…

What is salvation?
What does it mean to be saved?
Saved from what?
The words salvation and saved mean to be rescued, delivered or protected from something. If we want to be protected from…

'' The steps of a good man are order by the Lord, and He delights in his way. Though he fall, he shell not be utterly cast down; for the Lord upholds him with His hand'' ( Ps. 37:23:-24). Here again we see the benefit of God's direction. Along the way we may fall, but God is holding our hand. He allows us to learn from those times we leave His path. He still holds our hand and lifts us up! Hallelujah! If you let go, He holds' on man can pluck you out of His hand. An The Lord Said Amen God…
