I was having a conversation over dinner with two minister friends and while we were talking, The Spirit of the LORD said clearly, "Am I in the Church".  When there is discord, opinions differ, comments regarding members and pastors, AM I IN THE CHURCH?  When we overly concern ourselves of little things that are less important than SALVATION, can the world see ME living in the church.  Not the building, but the living vessel.  I have seen so much division in the churches, battles of the mind, battles of longing to fit in, battles of power, battles of leadership, "Am I in the Church?"  When you pray out loud, prayer time alone, reading the Bible, witnessing to others; can my people see ME dwelling in your vessel?

God is very concerned for those who are lost and seeking truth.  The world has lied to them over and over again and the emotions are very high.  Are we living truth or are we living a lie?  This sentence hit me hard because I have found myself in conversation with many who have discord in their homes, their jobs, and their churches.  The battles have become so great from Satan that many have forgotten how to fight.

John 15:7 (The Message)

5-8"I am the Vine, you are the branches. When you're joined with me and I with you, the relation intimate and organic, the harvest is sure to be abundant. Separated, you can't produce a thing. Anyone who separates from me is deadwood, gathered up and thrown on the bonfire. But if you make yourselves at home with me and my words are at home in you, you can be sure that whatever you ask will be listened to and acted upon. This is how my Father shows who he is—when you produce grapes, when you mature as my disciples.  Again, "AM I IN THE CHURCH."  If I am a stranger can I find God living within you......  Love you my brothers and sisters.

Dr. Henry, it is time to stand up and serve God.  It is sad and it breaks your heart because the enemy has tricked many into thinking there troubles will comfort them.  God's grace and mercy is the true comfort.  Thank you for allowing God's servants to share His word.  I hope many will continue to search for truth from Him, I know I am......

Rev. Spencer, this is a powerful, timely and yet sad message. The state of the church is concerning and I believe that we need to pray more than ever for the unity and the love of Christ to shine in all of us. May the LORD bring His tender mercy and Grace to us all and help us to stay focused on what's really important. Thank you so much for sharing! God bless woman of God!
