All through the life of Jesus, there's a clear realization of His authority over body, soul, & spirit. He matured to that authority in those silent years. 'Oh but,' you say, 'Jesus was the Son of God': He said He was the Son of Man, that is, He exhibited what we're to be when we become sons of God & if He 'learned obedience by the things which He suffered' are we going to rebel because we have to go the same way?
