"Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law"--Romans 13:10. Love's the one thing that can't hurt your neighbor; that's why it's the answer to every one of the commandments. We, as Christians, must obey the law of love which supersedes both religious & civilian laws. How easy it is for us to excuse our indifference to others merely because we have no legal obligation to help them & even to justify harming them if our actions are technically legal. Jesus doesn't leave loopholes in the Law of Love. Whenever love demands it, we're to go beyond human legal requirements & imitate the God of Love.
