The Master's Touch: Defining The Trait of Kingdom "Wisdom"

There are two kinds of wisdom, which are the wisdom of this world and wisdom from God. Your Godly wisdom, will take you far in the Kingdom of God.  Wisdom from God will keep you and sustain you in your vision.  Christian Leaders that display Godly wisdom tend to also possess a strong influence and charisma that attracts others to want to know more about God such as written in the Holy Bible with King Solomon, Daniel, and of course our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  This is a key element to any Christian Leader that has been called out by God with a His vision.

Followers will hear and listen to wisdom and follow the vision as God inspires Christian Leaders, when the wisdom illustrated boast in our heavenly Father.  So, it is important that this trait be used to further the Kingdom of God and not the Christian Leaders own agenda.  Using God’s wisdom for the wrong reasons will surely lead to failure in the end.  The follower’s eyes will be opened to see you and they will be transitioned to an environment where desolation will not prevail especially when they are seeking Truth in the Holy Spirit of God.

Godly wisdom is a key trait to Christian Leadership. It requires that individuals rely on the Holy Spirit and to remain in sincere covenant with God to receive it directly from Him.

Kingdom Wisdom Trait Assessment Exercises

Here are some questions to help you to determine if you are walking in Christian Leadership wisdom:

  1. Do you think often before you speak?

  2. Do you entertain jokes about others, yourself, or your vision?

  3. Do you value intelligence more than you do astute Christian thinking?

  4. Do you take into consideration about how you will manage risk or events that could occur in the future with your vision?

  5. Do you ask for additional insights from experts when making decisions that are out of your zone of competence?

  6. Are you arrogant even when you realize others views are more prevalent on a topic?

  7. Do you allow for growth in information when facing new challenges?

  8. Are you willing to think outside of the box in order to reduce complexity?

  9. Do you have fears often when faced with trusting others?

If you answered no to most of the questions you most likely are experiencing the wisdom of God.  However, if you answered yes, take into consideration ways that you may be able to change your way of thinking.
