WILL YOU NOT PRAISE HIM?

Dearly Beloved,

WILL YOU NOT PRAISE HIM?

“I will praise the LORD all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live” (Psalm 146:2 NIV).

Recently I was invited to be a facilitator of an aspect of the annual leadership training session a deaf organization. That would be my first interaction with people that were mainly deaf and dumb. I could see the enthusiasm of serving God and the humanity in these special people. What fascinated me most was the way they were…

Revelation Chapter 22

Revelation 22:1

And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb.

The water that flows in this river is like no river that has ever flowed on the old earth! With no sea, there would be no rainfall to supply a river as we know it. This is literally the "Living Water" Jesus spoke of to the Samaritan woman at Jacob's Well! It freely flows right out of God's throne, symbolizing the continuous flow of eternal…

Revelation Chapter 21

Revelation 21:1

Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea.

The thought of a new heaven and a new earth intrigues me, but the thought of no sea puzzles me! I suppose that there will be no sea will be consistent with the design of the new planet. I am reminded of God's creation of His original "Paradise," the Garden of Eden. Genesis 2:4-6 tells us that before there was ever rain, the ground was…

God Still Moves in Unexpected Ways

I currently live in Texas and have been doing ministry work from here.  I received a call a few months back from a church I had preached at in the past in another state asking if I would consider moving there and coming on staff there as one of the pastors.  This was a complete surprise since the plans were to stay here in Texas and do evangelist ministry based from here and work with one of the local churches I have been working with here locally as a non staff minister.

After much…

GOOD, BETTER, BEST

Dear Beloved,

GOOD, BETTER, BEST

“Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 3:12-14 NIV).

One of the…

DON'T SETTLE FOR LESS : Text; Num. 13:25--33

INTRODUCTION:

Due to inability of many to live above average they have settled for less and lived below the plans and purpose of God  for them thus could be as a result of lack of diligence, hard work, planning and focus.

 REASON:

Note:- An average man or woman is the best of the worst a man on the fence- I  pray against the spirit of average in your life in Jesus name. An average man is satisfied with  average living Gen. 5:27. They keep comparing them self…

WHERE IS YOUR DWELLING PLACE?

Dearly Beloved,

WHERE IS YOUR DWELLING PLACE?

“He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty” (Psalms 91:1 NIV).

Psalm 91 is one of the most popular psalms. It is popular especially because it is a psalm of assurance of the protection and security of God. However, there is a striking truth in the opening verse of the psalm: the divine protection and security are only for those who live a life of communion with God. People that can…

This Falling Nation.

“And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.”

Repented the LORD; To grieve at; to lament; to be sorry for; to repent. To feel pain, sorrow or regret.

Mankind has become all self-indulgent, seeking all manner of wickedness and self-serving indulgence. Just as it is written, But as the days of Noe were, so…

YOUR REAR MIRROR

Dearly Beloved,

YOUR REAR MIRROR

“Do not [earnestly] remember the former things; neither consider the things of old” (Isaiah 43:18 AMP).

Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it.
