Why Jews are so Powerful in the World?

UNBELIEVABLE AND WRITTEN BY A MUSLIM (?)

It sure makes interesting reading... particularly coming from a Pakistani official. By: Dr Farrukh Saleem

The writer is the Pakistani Executive Director of the Center for Research and Security Studies, a think tank established in 2007, and an Islamabad-based freelance columnist.

Why are Jews so powerful?

There are only 14 million Jews in the…

Our Heavenly Help

Psalm 124:1-8

Our help is from the LORD,

who made heaven and earth.

Psalm 124 offers a stirring word of encouragement. It begins by asking a rhetorical question: "What if the LORD had not been on our side?" (124:1). The simple answer is: We'd be a complete mess, utterly without hope. But, because God is on our side, "the trap is broken, and we are free!" (124:7).

The last verse of this psalm reminds us of the glorious power of the Lord who is there for us: "Our help…

A Warning for Self-Serving Leaders

Ezekiel 34:1-10

Human one, prophesy against Israel’s shepherds. Prophesy and say to them, The LORD God proclaims to the shepherds: Doom to Israel’s shepherds who tended themselves! Shouldn’t shepherds tend the flock? You drink the milk, you wear the wool, and you slaughter the fat animals, but you don’t tend the flock. (CEB)

Today's news is full of stories of leaders who care more about themselves than about the people or institutions they lead. They…

TRIED & TESTED!

In every generation, the men and women whom heaven bestows the honor to prevail with God and man are the few who endure great trials and are tested but emerged triumphant. We are only permitted to walk in the fullness of our potential, destiny and purpose only after we have been tried and tested.

Let no one fool you to think that, you can get there by some petty declarations over your life or some sort of rituals…

WISDOM SPEAKS AND ILLUMINATES THE SIMPLE!

WISDOM SPEAKS AND ILLUMINATES THE SIMPLE! We are only permitted to walk in the fullness of our potential, destiny and purpose only after we have been tried and tested. Let no one fool you to think that, you can get there by some petty declarations over your life or some sort of ritual. This is an ancient principle and time has not altered it. When you run away for the making process which life exposes all of us to, you will produce premature results which won't stand the test of time. It's…

REPENTED, BUT...

Dearly Beloved,

REPENTED, BUT...

"In [Manasseh's] distress he sought the favor of the LORD his God and humbled himself greatly before the God of his fathers. And when he prayed to him, the LORD was moved by his entreaty and listened to his plea; so he brought him back to Jerusalem and to his kingdom. Then Manasseh knew that the LORD is God" (2 Chronicles 33:12-13 NIV).

"I will make them abhorrent to all the kingdoms of the earth because of what…

An Apostle of Christ Jesus

"Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus according to the commandment of God our Savior, & of Christ Jesus, Who is our hope"--1 Timothy 1:1. Paul had no doubt as to his call. He believed that it came to him directly from God. It had been voiced by Anaias in the hour of his conversion; it had been confirmed by the church at Antioch when he was ordained to his life work; and…

Who is our hope

http://www.kgbpeople.com/doc-thomas

"Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus according to the commandment of God our Savior, & of Christ Jesus, Who is our hope"--1 Timothy 1:1. The first question which really concerns a Christian pastor is that of his call to the sacred office. Mistaken notions of this call are responsible for keeping worthy men out of the ministry as well as for alluring some to…

Who will counsel Him?

http://www.kgbpeople.com/doc-thomas

"For who has known the mind of Adonai? Who will counsel Him? But we have the mind of the Messiah!"--1 Corinthians 2:16. The majority of us only know the experience of sanctification, we don't press on to transform innocence into holiness until all our powers…

Salvation

Renew your mind by the word and you will naturally be more obediate. It will be in your very nature as you are made more like Him. "Seek ye first the Kingdom of God" the Lord says. He means for us to find it. The Kingdom is an understanding. A way to think. It is the very nature of God and the word of the Christ puts that nature in us as we grow in understanding and we naturally become…

No one fully knows the Son except the Father

http://www.kgbpeople.com/doc-thomas

“My Father has handed over everything to me. Indeed, no one fully knows the Son except the Father, and no one fully knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son wishes to reveal him"--Matthew 11:27. There's a self-consciousness that's more or less a disease, arising from unstrung nerves or from…

Faith That Saves

Faith That Saves

"Without faith it is impossible to please God" (Heb. 11:6).

What is faith? We often say, "I have faith" or "I'm saved by faith alone," but what do we mean when we say this? Are we living up to what faith really is? Hebrews 11 speaks of many men and women of faith; what was it about their lives that earned…

The Father has not left Me alone

http://www.kgbpeople.com/doc-thomas

"And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him”--John 8:29. Where did Jesus learn that power? Can God say of us--'That soul is learning, line upon line, precept upon; it isn't nearly so petulant & stupid as it used to be, it's no longer sulks in the corner, it no longer murmurs against discipline, it's getting…

ARE YOU ON THE LIST?

Dearly Beloved,

The Quickest Way Up is Down

http://www.kgbpeople.com/doc-thomas

"For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it"--Matthew 16:25. We are to use what God has given us to serve others while we bring glory & honor to God. Now if what you're doing is only serving you then your life is doomed for failure. The quickest way up is down! I know humility's the ability to serve others as Christ…

MY RECENT EXPERIENCE

MY RECENT EXPERIENCE

In January 2012, when I sat to rest on a seat in the shopping centre, the family continued to check out the shops.  After they had gone for a few minutes, I began to feel very,  thirsty and discovered the water battle was with them.  Immediately I became desperately thirsty and kept looking around to see who I could get to buy me a bottle of water.  At the side of me was a lady with two small children feeding them and a voice said,…

Reflection on a Tragedy

What happened in Colorado is proof that evil exists. The shooter was a doctoral student from a nice family. He was not a down and out type or someone who came from an abusive home. The media blames these incidents on the need for stronger gun control laws. Nobody talks about the fact that our society glorifies violence which devalues human life. We abort tens of thousands of unborn babies and do not bat an eye. We medicate ourselves with…
